White Oyster Mushroom Soup

Soups.

Ingredients:

200 g oyster mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons flour
500 ml broth
300ml milk
200 ml cream for cooking
parsley, lovage
pepper
salt
or soup seasoning
Procedure:

Oyster cut into strips and fry it brown in butter. Add flour, and pour broth prosmahneme. Bring to a boil and cook until tender (or the bite).
Add milk, cream, green herbs, pepper, and dosolíme thoroughly.
