Fish oil is also contains vitamins A and D. Vitamin A helps the development of the eye, while vitamin D to the growth process and the formation of strong bones. Most definitely one for Halloween! The soup is ideal for cold, hungry kids when they get back from tricking and treating although I suspect most kids would prefer it without the blue cheese. On the other hand, if you’re having an adult Halloween party then the blue cheese just adds another dimension.
