You can marinate the following in a jar of clear Italian salad dressing! You can use commercial bottled dressing or make your own. Serve with slices of hard boiled eggs and serve with a basket filled with bread sticks. Perfect!

Antipasto is a cured meat and vegetable salad that is often served ahead of an Italian meal, but it doesn’t have to be Italian. Antipasto is good anytime. There are several good recipes for making it and they all seem to vary a little according to the cook’s taste and style. I have my own recipe that I created and it is really very good.
