Easy to Make Vegetable Burgers

I’ve been trying, without much success, to become vegetarian but unfortunately I just cannot get to grips with tofu and quorn. I am getting there slowly, tending now to eat fish or free range chicken, but regrettably I just feel the need to indulge in a tasty burger or sausage once in a while.
