and it is easy to make. My friend Bonnie gave me this recipe after I had dinner at her house and raved about the casserole. It really is delicious. It is also very rich and very filling because of all the cheese. This recipe would comfortably serve eight people.

It is still winter but I’m dreaming about spring and gardening, for me mostly deck gardening but I can grow zucchini there and zucchini is very good for you. It is versatile and prolific and will grow almost anywhere. What is even better, you can use it in a thousand ways and it can be eaten raw or cooked.
