I always hesitate buying these types of breads especially when I see the local bakeries selling these for more than $2 each. You can easily make this at home and put any any flavor you might desire. I especially made these bread buns for my family’s breakfast. It’s nutritious, filling and very easy to eat! You can easily change the kind of cheese you want to use, depending on your preference. Use Swiss, Gruyere or simply Cheddar. I used a mixture of Mozzarella and Cheddar for my latest batch.
