Green Tomatillo Sauce

published by Cooke2cook on Aug 28, 2009

This subtly flavored, thick meat sauce is quite simple to make if you can find the necessary canned tomatillos (small, sweet green tomatoes). Don’t try to substitute ordinary green tomatoes, they do not have the proper sweet, mild taste.

Stuffed Flank Steak

published by Holly B. on Mar 27, 2009

This is a mouth watering flank steak with a moist stuffing that makes it a family favorite. The stuffing takes on the flavors of the seasonings and the juice from the flank steak. Remember to make enough for seconds because your family will be asking for them and with the presentation of roasted new potatoes it is as good as it looks! With quick prep time and easy display and cleanup of one dish it will be your favorite too.

The richness of the sauce and the tenderness of the tenderloin will be a great accompaniment to fresh vegetables and roasted red potatoes.
