one cup all-purpose flour
one cup whole wheat pastry flour (can sub all-purpose or regular whole wheat)
one 1/2 tsp cinnamon
two tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
two cups packed light-brown sugar
two eggs
one stick butter, softened
two cups diced apples (I used Granny Smith)
3/4 cup raisins.
Ingredients
⅔ cup spelt flour
6T large flake oats
one egg
1T melted coconut oil (+extra for pan)
one medium apple, diced
2t Cinnamon
1t baking powder
2t vanilla
⅔ cup milk (I used almond)
2T chia seeds (whole)
pinch salt
SYRUP:
equal parts maple syrup and flax oil
optional: add a little vanilla protein powder too.
