These little sticks of chicken are great for kids. I serve them with dipping sauce by combining mayonnaise, and mustard, or ketchup with a bit of salsa. Turn on the cartoons, and serve this up to the kids, and watch the Chicken Fingers disappear fast!!

I love Honey Cornflakes Cup. I used to make them nearing festive seasons to be served to guests. It’s simple, quick to prepare and very presentable. How can you make some today?

Sister’s Crunchy Chicken Fingers

published by Tulan on Mar 15, 2011

Sister’s crunchy chicken fingers are just the best things. She cooks these up for us at Sunday dinner sometimes and we love them child, yes we do. Sister can make anything work in her kitchen, and cornflakes, honey, she uses them for everything. She makes muffins with cornflakes. She tops casseroles with cornflakes. And they all taste good, too. Sister’s good old crunchy chicken fingers are so tasty that she don’t use just one pound of chicken child. She makes a big roasting pan full. But I know y’all don’t cook like Sister so I shortened the recipe for you. You can double and triple it if you’re real hungry or have a crowd coming in.
