How to Make Crab Rangoon

You need:
•8oz. Crab meat
•8 oz. Cream cheese
•1- one 1/2 green onions, finely chopped
•1 tsp. red onion
•1 Clove of garlic, minced
•½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
•½ tsp. Light soy sauce
•Wonton wrappers
•Bowl of water
•Wok or deep fryer
•Thermometer (for the wok or if your deep fryer doesn’t have an accurate temperature gauge of its own)
•Cookie sheets
•Paper towel
•Slotted spoon.
