Pan De Muerto: Bread of Death

Pan de Muerto is a traditional sweet bread eaten for El Dia de Los Muertos, the Day of the Dead. All Souls Day (2 November) honours the departed in many celebrations. Decorated loaves of Pan de Muerto are often left as an offering on family altars in remembrance.
