My husband and I decided to have a seafood meal at Rasa Rasa Thai Muslim Seafood restaurant at Woodlands the other day. We had Crispy Fried Baby Squid and Fried Kangkong, served with rice. The restaurant management decided to give all restaurant customers free dessert if they ordered seafood. It was a wonderful surprise! The complimentary sweet dessert was called Pengat Pisang (Banana Sago Pudding). We love it. Here’s how it is prepared.
