A Delightful Lemon Tainted Bread

As most people who are familiar with me know I enjoy making and experimenting with various types of homemade bread ranging from flat breads fried in a skillet to those complete loaves made in a bread machine. In view of my last article on preserving lemons I thought I would also add this easy-to-make bread that includes a touch of lemon.

The Fabulous Dent-De-Lion

Before long, this cold spell of winter will be departing and the warm air of spring will start to come in. Along with the warmth that the season change will bring, we will also see an abundance of lovely little flowers begin to pop up on our lawn and yards. These yellow spots are nothing more than small dandelion plants.

I for one can make a very good breakfast with nothing except fried potatoes. I know I have heard how fried foods are not good for me but I still enjoy a dish of those “Greasy” spuds whenever I can.
