Once food for poor families, these days, dried and salted cod is rather pricey, but it doesn’t mean that you can treat yourself to these fritters once in a while.

I found a recipe similar to this several years ago, but it was the ingredients made into hash, which I am not fond of so I changed it a little bit and made my own recipe.

Crispy and spicy green moong dal fritters is a great snack at teatime.

These flavorful courgette fritters are tasty bite sized delights. Freshly grated courgette is mixed in a blend of egg, milk and flour and fried into delicious fritters that are scrumptious.

The hot jalapenos are paired perfectly with the sweetness of fresh corn. Makes two dozen fritters.
