I found this recipe years ago in a magazine, not sure which one now but I think Family Circle, clipped it out and saved it. I have made this hundreds of times since and it is always a big hit. It is so simple to make and no baking so it makes an awesome summertime dessert and you don’t have to turn on the oven and heat up the house.
