Casseroles are fairly quick and easy to make and they make a quick and easy entrée when unexpected guest arrive or any other time you’d like to serve them. Tuna pie is one of my favorites, but I really like fish. Some people don’t like or can’t eat fish but if you do and can, Tuna pie is simply delicious served with a leafy green salad on the side, a dish of stewed tomatoes (or your favorite vegetable) and dinner rolls and it is budget friendly.
