Baked Blueberry Cheesecake

This recipe may not be the best one to choose if you’re new to baking but for those of you who are progressing from scrambled egg and beans and want to try something marginally more taxing, have a go at this. It’s not mega difficult but just takes a little more concentration.

Old-fashioned Gingernuts

If you like gingernuts chewy, cook them for about 15 minutes until just firm – or if you prefer them crunchy, cook just a few minutes longer.
