Who doesn’t like corn? Corn is one of those all time favorites, eat it anytime favorite vegetables around my house. Corn is also a very versatile vegetable and can be used in many ways. One way we like it is in a simple to make casserole.

This serves four people, so would do nicely as a small family meal. I feed this to my family and it goes down well so I do recommend it.
