With a dysfunctional diet I find it difficult to sit in front of a computer for hours, work, work, work, and still keep alert, slim and happy.

I have always procured to live on healthy food and go for walkies with my dogs, but somehow, rut set in and things went pear-shaped.

One of my friends is a raw fooder and practically lives on what they call "smoothies" and the very word somehow is a turn-off for me, or better said: Was!
