Grilled cheese sandwiches with ham are an excellent quick lunch. At my house, we call these yumbo’s because the taste good (yum) and the French word for ham is jambon (bo).
Do you like grilled cheese but do not have the time to get out all the ingredients, wait for the stove to heat up, and serve? There is a fast way to make grill cheese in the microwave and I have been doing it since I was a kid.
