I make Paul’s Vanilla Ice Cream for a few reasons. It’s easy to make, it tastes good and it doesn’t use heavy cream. Here’s my recipe I hope you enjoy it.

I make ketchup twice a week. It’s easy, fresh and great tasting. I sometimes put some other stuff in it like onions, cinnamon, hot chili powder, mango, yellow tomatoes, plus many more flavors.
This ice cream is tart and wonderful. I would consider using a dollop of it as a sorbet to cleanse the palate between course’s of a multiple course meal.
