Part two of my Cheesesteak series! Most meat mongers won’t freeze their rib eye and slice it extremely thin for you. This presents the problem of no cheesesteaks on the west coast! I’m here with a solution.

I love Eggs Benedict, but sometimes you don’t just have English Muffins, Canadian Bacon, and five or six egg yolks for the sauce laying around. This recipe’s another homage to my favorite breakfast, and using many items that can be found around the kitchen. It’s delicious and looks like it took a long time, but it’s just easy and great!
