I love French fries, but not those greasy fatting ones. I like the healthier version which is my healthy seasoned baked French friends. They are loaded with nutrients and fiber.

Homemade french fries turn into something special when coated with barbecue sauce and cooked in a foil pouch. Great way to use leftovers if you make too many fries.

If I had my way, I’d eat French fries every single day for every single meal. Unfortunately, fries aren’t so good for you, especially when they’ve been drenched in oil. That said, I like preparing these baked french fries, which are highly seasoned and satisfy my potato cravings. I like to keep the seasoning light, but feel free to adjust the proportions on the ingredients.
