These little sticks of chicken are great for kids. I serve them with dipping sauce by combining mayonnaise, and mustard, or ketchup with a bit of salsa. Turn on the cartoons, and serve this up to the kids, and watch the Chicken Fingers disappear fast!!

And, while my mother never enjoyed cooking, our kitchen was one of her favorite places. She was a kitchen chemist and didn’t even know it.
