MATERIALS:
350 g honeydew melon
350 g rockmelon / cantaloupe
350 g watermelon, if desired
2 red onions
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
HOW TO MAKE SUMMER MELON SALAD:
1. Melon cut four cm square and one cm thick,
(Or a round shape printed with spoon mold); sliced onions.
2. Combine onion, parsley, and lemon juice in a bowl.
3. Pour dressing over the melon and onion.
