Carrot Cake

published by Jackie118 on Aug 1, 2011

It requires some basic baking knowledge and not everyone has brown flour or light brown sugar to hand, but it’s well worth making if you’re having friends round for morning coffee or afternoon tea or, if you’re like me, tend to have your "clan members" over for Sunday tea!

This is one my nan gave me. Its a soft icing mixture that you can use to cover cakes or even do pipe work with.
