Friends, these are sister’s very favorite hamburgers and they are good. You could just drool thinking about them. Now, like I told you before, don’t you go and tell sister I am giving away her recipes. She would be madder than an old wet hen and honey that’s some mad. These burgers are good. I could eat me a couple of them every day if I could get sister to make them. Anyway, make you up a batch of these burgers and see if I’m lying.

One of my favorite recipes.

This dish takes its name from the distinguished Marsala wine used in its preparation and sauce. The recipe itself was given to me by the elderly Sicilian lady living next door to my dad’s place.
