Testes are highly sought after delicacies. Bigger animals such bulls, Buffalo or elephants do not make good testicle dishes, infact the smaller the animal, the tastier!

Hearty Lentil and Lamb Soup

published by scriofa on Nov 8, 2011

I came up with this recipe after failing to find a hearty, high protein, no-potatoes and low-sodium canned soup from the grocery store. If you ever had chicken or other meat soup from a can, you know how processed it tastes like.

Warm up your winter with this delicious and hearty home-made lentil and lamb soup. I prefer dried lentils which I soak for at least four hours and then cook separately. You can also use canned lentils for convenience.
