Biscochitos are a traditional holiday treat in the Southwest. These New Mexican Biscochitos are sweet, anise-flavoured cookies (biscuits), perfect for a holiday tea. Not surprisingly, New Mexican Biscochitos are the state cookie/biscuit of New Mexico.
