There are many ways to use bell peppers and all are delightful. Bell peppers have more nutrition than almost any other vegetable and only about 16 calories per pepper. Stock up when you see then in the grocer. They keep for weeks in the refrigerator and are equally good when cooked into sauces.

If you aren’t vegetarian, add a slice of beef and a carrot that’s been cooking all day in the crock pot. Make a green salad and have a nice juicy apple for dessert and there you have it.
