A wok is ideal for this Chinese dish but it is also easy to make in a deep-sided or electric fry pan. An easy-to-make Asian recipe, if you are unfamiliar with this cuisine.
All the ingredients are available from your local Asian grocer. Definitely tangy. Serves two generously.
