Plums are sodium, fat and cholesterol free, a good source of vitamin C. Plums are high in carbohydrates, low in calories. Cinnamon is known for its anti-microbial properties as well as its ability to control blood functions. So combining the plums and cinnamon in this recipe makes for a jam that is both healthy and delicious.
