Delicious and Easy Whole-wheat Pie Crust

published by KMJones on May 17, 2011

This is a recipe that my mother taught me when I was a child. Over the years, I have tweaked it to make it healthier. It is easy to remember, so you can impress your friends and family by whipping up a pie crust at a moment’s notice. Use it for quiche, fruit pies, meat pies, cream pies—for just about anything you would use a store bought pie crust. The whole wheat flour gives it a nutty flavor and is much healthier (and tastier) than all purpose flour pie crusts.
