My favorite pie-I would have to say it would be: Shoo-fly pie. I would choose this pie over Apple pie or pumpkin pie or any other sort of pies. Some people makes this pie with a dry bottom. As for me-When I make up and bake my shoo-fly pie, I like to use a lot of molasses. I use one sort of brand name of molasses. That name of molasses I use as an ingredient in baking my shoo-fly pie would be Grandma’s Old time Molasses.
