This recipe goes great with Pitta bread as a snack or on a gyros pitta as they call them in Greece.

Mario’s Pizza – Easy Version

published by Lola6123 on Feb 6, 2011

I learned the secret of preparing this pizza from a friend of mine, named Mario, in Switzerland. Mario was originally from a small village near Rome, and owned a restaurant called "Le Caribou" the friendliest Cafe in Geneva. Mario, of course used fresh pizza dough and the finest fresh ingredients, this is a modified version for people on the go who still want to eat freshly cooked pizza made at home.( Its a lot cheaper than frozen, too!)

Chicken Sandwiches a La Sweet and Sour

published by pattiann on Nov 28, 2010

Here is an interesting recipe. I believe that even though I am experencing winter, there are readers from countries going into summer. Here we will use the sweet and sour idea and put it on a sandwich. I vouch that this is probably one of the best meals and those who make it will be making it again and again, for the family will beg for it constantly. I mention summer because it is made on the grill.
