This pumpkin pie is great and makes you gt that warm feeling of Thanksgiving and makes you stop to give thanks.The best part is this is no bake so you can bake it in the summer. Try it for National Pie day on march 14th. Remember everyone loves pumpkin pie and you’ll love this version! And rememeber the reason Pie day is on march 14 is because Pi in math equals 3.14!

Ingredients
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
one cup Pecans, chopped
six Eggs, Pastured
six Medjool Dates
1/2 cup Coconut Oil, Organic, melted
one Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
one Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt.

This is a very easy recipie I made & people will think you’ve been slaveing over an oven for hours. My husband hates pumkin…Khaled is from the middle east where pumpkin is not popular; however, he loves this!!!!!!!

Here I am going to give you some advice on what types of pumpkins will taste best in a pie and when you finally get that pumpkin how to make puree and freeze it. Much better than a canned pumpkin pie.
