Blackberry Bakewell Cake

This is a doubly unusual cake. Firstly It’s based on an old English “tart” – a teatime favourite, Bakewell Tart but it isn’t a tart, it’s a cake. And secondly, it’s not a normal cake – it contains no fat!!
