I enjoy creating new recipes, taking an old recipe and giving it a new twist. They usually come out really well but occasionally I mess up and wish I hadn’t done that. I won’t share my mistakes. I’ve made a few; however, this is not one of them. This roll up sandwich is really very good. If you have never thought of making a sandwich from potato salad you might want to try this one.

Apparently, there is great difference between the ordinary and sweet potatoes. But nutritionists say the sweet potato is more healthy, low in calories and rich in beta-carotene. In addition, red potatoes in their composition have vitamin A and potassium.
