I never cared for Cuban bread or black beans until I lived in Tampa. Tampa has a unique Hispanic population. And boy can they cook.

Chenitalia (Euro-asian Herb Pasta)

This is a Euro-Asian fusion. It basically uses Asian Herbs and Italian pasta and shaving of white truffles. I created the name Chenitalia by playing with the words China and Italia. Enjoy cooking.
