Being the experimental type person which I am, I decided that this past thanksgiving I would do something different. On turkey day I created an apple pie that wasn’t apple at all. That’s right my apple pie contained no apples what-so-ever. To provide a fair playing field for the pie, I prepared my mock apple pie while my wife baked the real thing.

This delectable chicken casserole uses My favorite crackers. Ritz are crushed into little pieces, then melted butter is drizzled on top and a mixture of chicken, sour cream, and soup is poured over the crackers and bake to perfection.
