No matter how you slice it, chop it dice it; cook it, juice it or whether you call it a vegetable or a fruit, the tomato is very good for you and it is delicious. It compliments just about any meal you may choose to serve. It is colorful and is as eye appealing as it is tongue tantalizing. They are a healthy snack, wonderful appetizer or even a great entrée.
