Bell Peppers are delicious in practically all recipes. They are yummy stuffed with cornbread dressing and onions, or meat loaf if you aren’t vegetarian. There are many ways to use bell peppers and all are delightful. Bell peppers have more nutrition than almost any other vegetable and only about 16 calories per pepper.
