Either bay or sea scallops (the larger ones) are wonderfully delicious and they can be prepared in several different ways. Broiled with lemon butter is out of this world delicious. I use the larger sea scallops but bay scallops (the small ones) are good also.

1 peach
6 large fresh scallops
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon cold butter.
