Broiled SEA Scallops

Either bay or sea scallops (the larger ones) are wonderfully delicious and they can be prepared in several different ways. Broiled with lemon butter is out of this world delicious. I use the larger sea scallops but bay scallops (the small ones) are good also.

Scallops with Peaches, Jalape

1/2 jalapeño
1 small shallot
1 peach
6 large fresh scallops
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon cold butter.

The only thing fuzzy regarding it dish is the picture. I was having such a good time with my friends which I didn’t think of photographing anything until Patty said, "This is indeed, pretty, tell me everything you put in it. "

Baked Scallops w/ Spicy Peanut Topping have Thai accents w/ the inclusion of peanuts to the topping. Bake til topping has slightly browned.
