Kabobs are fun to make, easy to serve and delicious to eat. I serve these kabobs with brown rice or rice pilaf, steamed vegetables and a tossed green salad. I usually triple the sauce recipe to have enough to pour over our rice and veggies. This recipe is a nice low-fat alternative and has healthy ingredients.

Sesame seeds combined along with red chillies, jaggery and tamarind pulp give this recipe a very spicy, tangy and unique flavor which you will enjoy with fritters(pakodas) and also with Lemon rice.
