These vanilla shortbread are so simple to make and taste divine! The dough to make them can be frozen for up to six weeks and the cooked shortbread will last for a week or so in an airtight container.
(Makes 18 cookies)
Normally I try to avoid desserts and cakes but every now and again I just want to indulge a little! The trouble is that, once I fancy something particularly naughty (but nice!) I don’t want to spend ages weighing out ingredients and following complicated instructions, so on Sunday I quickly concocted some peanut butter shortbread.
