Tacky Joes

published by Lola6123 on Feb 6, 2011

A children’s favorite Tacky Joes are a variation of Nachos or TacoJoes. The name Tacky comes from my youngest step-daughter who couldn’t pronounce "Taco" when my husband first introduced his two daughters to the recipe.
This version is healthier and good for those of us on low salt diets!
