Gena’s Sweet Grilled Pork Balls on Skewers (Nem Nuong) is made from minced pork and seasonings. These meat balls are good to eat either hot from the grill or cooled to room temperature, and are very versatile to use as you can eat it as a wrap or in bread rolls or with salads. I personally Prefer to cook this on a charcoal barbecue.
