This dish makes a change from a spag bol and if you’re a non meat eater but are not averse to eating fish then this dish is most definitely one to try!

I know a lot of adults out there add a drop of whisky to their late night milky beverage but this recipe I came across has a very distinct Christmassy feel to it and there’s no need for milk.

Here is a typical Arabian Baharat spice rub that goes really well with most meats, beef, chicken, lamb and goat in particular.
