Vegetarian Curry Puff Parcels

published by Jackie118 on Jan 12, 2012

They’re usually cooked with beef and baked in a Malaysian pastry parcel but he’s adapted them to suit vegetarians and to utilise more readily available puff pastry. They’re designed as a starter but I think they would be perfect for an alfresco dinner party with salad.
