"Cordon Bleu" is of French origin meaning "blue ribbon"—given as a prize for culinary excellence. The term also refers to a signature dish of chicken topped with a slice of ham and Swiss cheese, usually breaded and sautéed, or in this case, wrapped in puff pastry for a quick and easy finish.

This is so addictively delicious! I love it with tortilla chips, but it’s great on crackers too. Serve with both and you cannot go wrong! Psst…you can make it ahead of time too.

You may think you don’t like brussels sprouts, but you may never have tasted them, just going by their reputation. Or maybe you cooked them in the wrong recipe. With this recipe you will love them! Give them a try and you won’t be sorry!

Here is a different way to eat french onion soup. It is even better than the regular type of french onion soup.

Hungry for a versatile morning meal? Ham it up with this baked omelet. But don’t forget the onions, peppers, Swiss cheese and eggs. One bite of this scrumptious egg dish and you’ll realize the yolk is on you!
